White Latex Adhesive Series

White Latex / Yellow Adhesive (Special for Paper Pasting) is a one‑component water‑latex adhesive. As a milky‑white water‑based colloid, it is specially designed for paper‑to‑paper bonding processes and compatible with fully‑automatic paper pasting machines, top‑and‑base rigid box machines and manual board pasting. The adhesive cures naturally by moisture absorption of paperboards, delivering flat bonded surfaces without bulges. 为什么硬膜后会起泡?

硬膜成型后出现起泡,大多来源于基材、施工环境与涂层工艺三方面因素。基材表面残留油污、粉尘、水汽,会阻隔涂层与基材的结合,封闭在内部形成气泡;施工环境湿度偏高,空气当中的水分混入胶层;涂层涂刷过厚,内部溶剂挥发速度慢,表层先固化封闭,内部溶剂向外逸出就会顶起形成气泡。另外固化条件不足,烘干温度、时间不达标,也会造成硬膜内部溶剂残留引发起泡。   解决建议:施工前彻底清洁基材表面,保证基材干燥洁净;控制环境温湿度;涂层薄涂多次,保障溶剂充分挥发;严格按照工艺要求执行固化烘干流程。

为什么粘接后会开胶?

为什么胶水初粘力不足?

胶水初粘力是指贴合瞬间的即时粘接强度。环境温度偏低会显著降低胶水的浸润能力,直接拉低初粘效果;基材表面过于光滑,胶水难以咬合附着;涂胶厚度太薄,胶层无法形成足够的粘弹层;胶水开封后溶剂挥发,体系粘度发生改变;部分产品需要一定的开放时间,贴合时机过早或过晚,都会表现为初粘力差。   解决建议:保证施工环境温度;光滑基材适当做表面粗化处理;控制合理涂胶厚度;遵循产品说明的开放时间进行贴合;胶水密封储存,避免提前挥发。

为什么冬季胶水干燥慢?

温度是影响胶水干燥固化速度的核心因素。冬季环境温度低,胶水内部溶剂挥发速率大幅下降,化学反应固化速率也随之变慢;环境空气湿度大,水汽会抑制溶剂挥发;车间通风不足,挥发的溶剂无法及时排走,积聚在胶层表面,进一步延缓干燥。部分双组份胶水,低温下固化剂反应活性降低,整体干燥固化周期会明显延长。   解决建议:提升施工环境温度,避免低温作业;加强现场通风;适当延长晾置、固化时间,不要按夏季工艺时间判断干燥状态;双组份产品可确认配比无误,必要时微调固化工艺条件。
